sketchbook [a newpollution project]

series 1: digital sketchbook
- a series of images created with a combination of scanned images and images created directly on the computer. creating digital images like a painting - pushing pixels about until the image comes to a point of suitable conclusion.

series 2: scanograms
- taking man ray's 'rayograms' idea to it's modern extension with the use of a digital flat bed scanner. the images produced are recordings objects placed directly on the flatbed screen and scanned (with no editing or post production).

series 3: b/w analogue sketchbook
- scans from an analogue skectbook. media used: ink, white acrilic paint, pencils, dip ink pen and tissues.

series 4: vectors on bitmaps
- bitmap images [scanned from an 'analogue' sketchbook] overlayed with vectors.

series 5: numbers(clash)
- compositions with numbers, a few lines and a couple of letters. ["numbers clash... and i can't stand it and i can't fight it and in my dreams i run away" m. garnham]

series 6: Australia post bag series
- compositions with elements from an Australian postal bag.
